We do not represent that any benefit, program, or approval originates from a government body.
No firearm sales; no bypassing the law
We do not sell, transfer, or facilitate the sale of firearms, ammunition, or accessories. We do not help anyone evade background checks or any federal, state, or local law. Where a state recognizes a permit as an alternative to a point-of-sale background check, that recognition is established by law, not by us.
Reciprocity varies and changes
Concealed carry reciprocity is set by each state and changes over time, including in response to legislation and court decisions. Any reference to a number of states (for example, "37+ states") reflects recognition at the time of publication and is subject to change. You are responsible for verifying current reciprocity for every state where you intend to carry.
No guarantee of approval
Eligibility depends on your individual circumstances and applicable law. We do not guarantee that you will be approved for a permit or that a permit will be honored in any particular state.
